Are panic attacks dictating your life?

Maybe you’re no longer able to come and go as you please without worrying about having another panic attack. Perhaps you feel like you’re going to go crazy or die. You may feel a panic attack escalating and “ride it out” to the best of your ability. It probably seems like the world is now “out there” and you’re stuck “in here,” held hostage.

Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life. It’s likely that you’re:

  • Struggling to stay at work or school

  • Depending on “safe” people or places to help prevent an attack

  • Worrying if anyone will notice and stare

Therapy for panic attacks can help.

It may feel impossible now, but you can get past this. You can take control. You can feel “normal” again. And I can help you get there.

Therapy for panic attacks helps you do 3 things:

  • Learn about panic attacks, such as understanding why our “emotional brain” and “rational brain” don’t always work together

  • Learn how to stop a panic attack before it starts

  • Learn how to reset your anxiety baseline so you can feel more confident and in control

I’ll help you through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances.

My approach to therapy for panic attacks comes from a place of empowerment and hope: believing that you don’t have to learn how to live with the problem, but that you can move past it.

Feeling powerless and worried doesn’t have to be your story.

i can help you get there.
